Skaneateles, New York

I took these pictures in Skaneateles, New York, for a lighting class I was taking at the time. The photos had to be composed outdoors (with and without people in the shots), while solely relying on the readings of an external incident light meter. I had a time with this, as I typically use my camera's internal light meter; however, I managed to make it work and had a blast doing it. The real struggle came about while trying to get candid pictures of total strangers. I had someone ask me what paper I worked for, lol. Clearly, I was not as swift and sneaky as Henri Cartier-Bresson. :P
