So, I shot the above images in my studio using a combination of strobe and tungsten lighting and the second curtain sync on my D-SLR. If you look closely, you'll see that some of the movement is completely stopped by the strobe flash, while other parts are merely slowed by the tungsten continuous light. I love this effect! The technique was a blast to experiment with. Anyway, stay tuned; I'm sure there will be more to come!!
